Each pen is sent in an air-bubble padded envelope and comes with a velvet pouch for both protection and presentation.
Orders from within the UK will be sent by Royal 1st Class, this normally takes 1-2 working days. The cost of this is £2.50.
Shipping around the world is done via Royal Mails International Signed and tracked service. Usually takes between 5 and 12 working days. This service includes insurance and full tracking for peace of mind. Your order will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this is £6.50
Lost & Missing Items
In spite of our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If your order appears to be late it may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it is possible they may already have tried to deliver your parcel but were unable to do so.
If you do not receive your good(s) after 20 days, please use the 'Feedback' page and I will make further enquiries with the carrier. A full refund at this stage would be offered including any delivery charges that had been made via the original method of payment.
Returns & Warranty
I expect that you will very happy with your new pen and treasure it. However, as a customer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of one or more items in your order starting from the time you place your order up to 14 days after you receive your items. If you do wish to cancel, then please can I ask you use the 'Feedback' page stating the reason for the return as 'Contract Cancellation' and I will reply detailing the process and correct return address.
Please note you have a responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods until you return them to me. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. If you order the wrong item and wish to return, it will then be your responsibility for the return postage costs.
When I receive notification of the cancellation of your order, I will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item within 5 days once I have examined the item to ensure that it can be re-sold.
Personalised or custom orders can not always be returned. This depends on the level of customisation on the pen.
All pens are covered under a 12-month limited warranty. This covers the pen for defects in material or craftsmanship should anything develop within a year from the date you received the pen.
It does not cover the pen for damage or exceptional wear due to miss-use, pressing hard on the ink nib, or accidental damage from dropping (or biting!) your pen. With proper care that they deserve, I am confident your pen will last you a long time.
Even if you do accidentally damage your pen, I can repair most issues and will keep the cost or the repair to a bare minimum.
